The Gift Shop is operated by the Montana Historical Society- the guardian of Montana's memory. Established in 1865, the MTHS is one of the oldest institutions of its kind in the West.

The Gift Shop & the Montana Historical Society have a new home! Now located in The Montana Heritage Center, 225 N Roberts Street in Helena- just steps away from the capitol building.
